Who we are

TaxConsultant.ge is operated by Tbilisi Expat, LLC Setup, Tax and Business Consulting, 16 Ateni Street, Tbilisi, Georgia, the team behind tbilisi-expat.com.

What we collect

When you send a question through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number if you give one, which description fits you, your question, the language you want your opinion and call in, and where you heard about us. It goes to our team inbox and is used to answer you, send your quote and payment link, prepare your written opinion and hold your call.

The form also sends the first page you visited on this site in the last 30 days and the website that linked you here, if any. Your browser keeps that in its local storage, not in a cookie, and it is used only to understand how people find us.

If you message us on WhatsApp instead, we hold what you send in that conversation. For the written opinion itself we hold whatever documents you choose to share with us.

Payments

You pay through the payment link we email you with your quote. The payment provider handles your card details; we receive confirmation that the payment was made.

What the website collects

Visits are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which records page views without cookies. Fonts are served from this site, so loading a page makes no request to Google Fonts.

Who we share it with

Our email delivery provider, which carries form submissions to our inbox, and our internal lead system, where the team tracks questions. Nobody else, and never for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any retention period Georgian law sets. Ask through the contact form or on WhatsApp at +995 511 55 55 26.
